Why are WE here?
The simple answer is: to raise awareness about the horrific animal abuse that is happening around the world. Because we believe that if people don’t know about it, they can’t do anything about it.
Sadly, we are aware that some of our posts are graphic, and often nightmare-inducing. This is not our intent; it is the truth of what is happening out there. We did not do those things. We are merely bringing them to your notice so that together, we can work to make it STOP. That is both your intent, and ours.
It is NOT our intent to start a racist diatribe; we call upon you to NOT react in a racist manner because that helps nobody, least of all the animals we are ALL trying to protect. Wherever in the world they are.
Cruelty happens everywhere; that is a whole other debate and we are not getting into that here.

Why are YOU here?
Presumably because you love animals, and cannot abide the way they are currently treated. Presumably because you have made the shift from feeling powerless to help them, by coming to terms with your own personal grief and anguish at how brutally we humans treat innocent animals who are literally defenseless. And presumably, because you want to work towards changing this in OUR lifetime.
Please remember that our foremost and ONLY objective ~ and yours ~ is to CHANGE the way animals are treated across the world.
We go to great lengths to ensure our posts are accurate; it does not serve us if they are not. If a piece of uncorroborated material would appear on our Facebook page, we are always open to your pointing that out in a non-confrontational manner.
We will not, however, accept your telling us what to post and what not to; that remains our prerogative. This is, after all, our page; we expect that you will respect that, just as we respect your choice to post whatever you want to on your own pages.
Rather than get into endless rounds of discussion on this, we retain the right to block those who come to our pages with the intent of MAKING trouble, not resolving it. Wasting precious resources (time, effort, emotion) is counter-productive to achieving our objective.
We have just one simple rule here: play nice.
So if you find yourself blocked from our pages, stop for a moment and ask yourself why. Ask yourself: are you trying to help our efforts, or are you trying to hinder them? Are you here to help animals, or to make a personal point? The answers, as they say, are always within.
